gesti\u00f3n de calidad<\/h3>\n<p>La Autoridad Portuaria y Tarragona Cruise Port han implementado un Sistema de Gesti\u00f3n de la Calidad (SGC) orientado a gestionar los procesos y los recursos necesarios para aportar valor a sus actividades y aumentar la satisfacci\u00f3n de los clientes, tanto internos como externos, mediante la aplicaci\u00f3n eficaz del sistema, con el objetivo de la mejora continua y de garantizar el cumplimiento de los requisitos de los clientes, as\u00ed como de los requisitos legales y reglamentarios energ\u00e9ticos de forma responsable. Por ello, uno de sus objetivos permanentes es avanzar hacia la excelencia en la gesti\u00f3n ambiental, energ\u00e9tica y de la calidad dentro del \u00e1mbito del Puerto de Tarragona.<\/p>\n<p data-renderer-start-pos=\"1313\">Actualmente, Tarragona Cruise Port se encuentra en proceso de implantaci\u00f3n y certificaci\u00f3n de los sistemas de gesti\u00f3n conforme a las normas ISO 9001 (calidad) e ISO 14001 (gesti\u00f3n ambiental), reforzando as\u00ed su compromiso con la mejora continua, la sostenibilidad y la satisfacci\u00f3n de sus grupos de
