Tarragona Cruise Port has obtained ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certifications, awarded by Bureau Veritas on 11 May 2026, further consolidating its commitment to quality in service delivery and responsible environmental management.
These certifications recognise the management system implemented at the terminal for the provision of passenger services, including embarkation and disembarkation operations, security control and baggage handling. This ensures that processes are carried out in accordance with international standards for quality and environmental management.
The ISO 9001 certification confirms the implementation of a management model focused on continuous improvement, operational efficiency, and customer and user satisfaction. The ISO 14001 certification, in turn, demonstrates Tarragona Cruise Port’s commitment to environmental protection, the prevention of environmental impacts, and the responsible use of resources.
