Tarragona Cruise Port, the concessionaire of the Tarragona cruise terminal, has been awarded the ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certifications by Bureau Veritas on 11 May 2026, further strengthening its commitment to service quality and responsible environmental management.
These certifications recognize the management system implemented at the terminal for passenger services, including embarkation and disembarkation operations, security screening, and baggage handling, ensuring that all processes are carried out in accordance with internationally recognized standards of quality and sustainability.
The ISO 9001 certification confirms the implementation of a management system focused on continuous improvement, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Meanwhile, the ISO 14001 certification highlights Tarragona Cruise Port’s commitment to environmental protection, the prevention of environmental impacts, and the responsible use of natural resources.
